Anthony EL HAJJ received his Master’s degree in Control Engineering from Paris-Saclay University in 2019. He completed an industrial PhD in Electrical Engineering in 2024 at the University of Lille, in partnership with EDF (Electricity of France) R&D. During his PhD, he studied fault detection techniques of multiphase electric machines, commonly used in offshore wind turbines, automotive and marine applications. He joined Dassault Systèmes in August 2024 as an R&D Electrical Engineer and supports the development of SIMULIA Manatee through Proof of Concepts, Research and Development activities, and software documentation, with a focus on the electromagnetic modeling of electric machines.
Pop In My Job: To put my knowledge of electric machines to use in assessing and reducing magnetic noise in electric drives.
Technology Specialist at Dassault Systèmes, France. He obtained his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Artois University, France, in 2023. He graduated from Grenoble INP Engineering school of energy, water and environment and Paris-Saclay University. His special fields of interest included noise reduction and optimization in electrical machines.
Working as a SIMULIA R&D Technology Specialist of Manatee software at Dassault Systèmes has allowed me to continue my research in electric machines and given me the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technologies. Manatee is a great product that has completely revolutionized the way people think about multi-physics simulation of electrical machines. I am very honored to have been involved in the development of this software, and I am excited to showcase its value to our users.
