He currently serves as the Technical Leader for the Hybrid Tracked Vehicle Development Project at FNSS, where he also specializes in e-mobility drive systems. Throughout his career at FNSS, Ersan has held several key design leadership roles, contributing to the innovation and integration of hybrid technologies in armored vehicle platforms.
