Dr. Steffen Wirth brings 10 years of consulting experience in addition to his previous professional industry role at Mercedes-Benz. He has a strong focus on the battery & automotive industry and holds a Dr.-Ing. in mechanical engineering (thermo dynamics in electromobility). Currently he leads a battery team, advising global cell manufacturers and automotive OEMs. With deep expertise in organizational transformation, he supports clients across the battery value chain in navigating strategic, operational, and technological challenges in the shift to electrification.
