Dr. Meisam Babaie is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Automotive Engineering at the University of Leeds, specializing in electric powertrain design, battery modelling, and thermal management for automotive applications. He leads research on advanced battery and fuel cell systems, focusing on modelling, thermal management, safety, and integration into sustainable transport solutions. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and over a decade of academic and industrial experience, Meisam works closely with global industry and research partners to develop innovative, low-carbon mobility technologies.
